Risk advisory

Between Renewals, We Keep Working.

Hands-on help to strengthen your operation, depending on what your business needs.

Safety Guidance

We review how your safety program works in practice: driver hiring and qualification files, training, written policies, and accident procedures. Then we point out what’s working and where it could be stronger. It’s useful whether you’re building a program from scratch or tightening one before renewal, and it applies to safety practices at your shop, terminal, or warehouse too.

Operational Efficiency

Drawing on experience running a trucking company, we look at how your operation runs day to day, including equipment, maintenance planning, driver retention, and the costs that affect both your margins and your insurance, and share practical ideas. These are suggestions from experience, not financial or legal advice.

DataQs Support (for Motor Carriers)

DataQs is FMCSA’s online system for requesting a review of inspection, crash, and other safety data you believe is inaccurate or incomplete. We help you decide whether a record may be worth challenging, gather supporting documents, and prepare a clear request. The agency that reported the data makes the decision, so outcomes can’t be guaranteed.

DOT Audit Assistance (for Motor Carriers)

Whether it’s a new entrant safety audit in your first year of operation or a compliance review later on, we help you understand what auditors typically look at, organize your records ahead of time, and work through the process. We don’t act as your legal counsel, and results are determined by the auditing agency.

ELD Guidance (for Motor Carriers)

We help you understand the electronic logging device requirements that apply to your operation, what to compare when choosing a device, and how ELD data connects to hours-of-service compliance and your safety record. FMCSA publishes a list of registered devices, and we can walk you through it.

Industry Referrals

Need a mechanic, a factoring company, a fuel card program, or a compliance specialist? We can introduce you to contacts we know and trust across the industry. Referrals are introductions, not endorsements, and you always choose who to work with.

Risk advisory services are general guidance and do not constitute legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. Outcomes of DOT audits, compliance reviews, and DataQs requests are decided by the relevant agencies and cannot be guaranteed. Insurance coverage, pricing, and eligibility are determined by insurers.
