Wallfacer ("Wallfacer," "we," "us") is an insurance agency licensed in Illinois. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through wallfacergroup.com and in the course of serving clients, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. When you request a quote, contact us, or work with us, you may give us:

  • Contact details, such as your name, role, phone number, and email address
  • Business information, such as your business name, type of business, USDOT and MC numbers, state, number of power units and trailers, commodities, operating radius, coverages of interest, and policy dates
  • Documents we request after our first conversation, such as declarations pages, loss runs, driver lists, equipment schedules, IFTA reports, and contracts. Driver lists can include names, dates of birth, and driver’s license numbers, and we may obtain motor vehicle records with authorization.
  • Anything else you choose to share in messages or conversations with us

We do not collect documents or driver information through the website’s quote form.

When you visit our website, our hosting and analytics providers may collect basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you visit. We do not use advertising or marketing tracking tools on our quote request pages. Our website does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

  • To respond to your requests and communicate with you
  • To prepare insurance submissions and obtain quotes on your behalf
  • To place, service, and renew your coverage, and to help with claims
  • To provide risk advisory services you request
  • To meet our legal, regulatory, and licensing obligations
  • To operate, secure, and improve our website

We share information only as needed to serve you and run our business:

  • Insurance markets, including insurance companies, managing general agents, and wholesale brokers, to obtain quotes and place coverage on your behalf
  • Service providers who help us operate, who may use the information only to provide services to us: Cloudflare (website hosting and security), Resend (email delivery for our website forms), and Microsoft 365 (email)
  • When required by law, such as in response to a subpoena or regulator request, or to protect our rights and the safety of others
  • In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of the agency, subject to this policy

We do not sell your personal information.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, including secure channels for sensitive documents and limiting access to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

We keep information as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping requirements. We keep client and policy records for at least five years after a policy ends, or longer when the law or an insurer requires it. We keep quote requests that don’t lead to a policy for three years, then delete them.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you by contacting [email protected] or 708-362-8980. We may need to keep some information to meet legal or regulatory obligations. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP; see our Text-Message Terms.

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
