Wallfacer was built on more than a decade of experience inside the trucking and logistics industry, supported by a family history spanning over 30 years. From freight brokerage and carrier management to trucking company ownership, our founder has experienced the challenges of running a transportation business firsthand. DOT compliance, safety ratings, equipment failures, driver issues, accidents, cargo claims, theft, premium financing, cancellations, and non-renewals aren't just risks we study. They're challenges we've navigated ourselves.

That experience also exposed a disconnect between trucking companies and the agencies responsible for protecting them. Too often, insurance decisions were made without a full understanding of the operation, leaving businesses with inadequate coverage and limited support when they needed it most.
